Reminder to all Teacher-In-Charges:

All teachers in charge are to familiarise themselves with the Rules
and Regulations governing the Meet. |

Competitors who are unable to participate will need to produce a
medical certificate from their doctors and submit to the chief competitor
steward before they are allowed to participate in any subsequent event
(including Relay). |

Medical certificates from clinics/hospitals and only TCM medical
certificates from hospitals are valid. |
| - |
All teachers or MOE staff in charge and accompanying their athletes
to Choa Chu Kang Stadium must bring along their CSC cards for verification.

Teacher in charge of participating teams are to submit a photocopy
of their athletes' EZ link cards (according to gender & division)
on 16 April 2010 when collecting their number tags. No number tag
will be issued if this submission is not made. |

Only registered competitors can participate in the relays. |
